• Guests may arrive from 9:00.

• The farm remains open until 13:00.

• During your visit, you are free to:

• visit the animal areas

• meet and observe the animals

• enjoy the outdoor spaces

• use the children’s playground

• relax and take your time

Our staff are present on the farm, and short informal explanations may be offered when appropriate, but this is not a structured guided experience.

Please follow all staff instructions, safety signage, and farm rules during your visit.

The farm environment includes uneven ground, outdoor structures, and animals.

Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to farm property, structures, or equipment by themselves or by minors under their supervision.

📌 Tickets & Cancellations

Booking is online only.

Places are limited and available on selected dates.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and are non-transferable.

Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the visit. Conditions apply — please refer to our Event Policy.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, tickets are considered used.

🔁 Cancellation by Organiser

If the experience is cancelled by the organiser for any reason, a website credit of equal value will be issued for future use.

🐾 Food, Biosecurity & Dogs

For animal health and biosecurity reasons, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

This is a safety requirement, not a commercial choice.

Dogs are not recommended due to the presence of farm animals and children.

If permitted, they must be vaccinated, well behaved, and kept on a lead at all times. Certain areas remain off-limits.
